But first, allow me to introduce myself:
I am Gianluca Banfi and I am a Sport Scientist, a Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Personal Trainer.
I’ve had an exciting journey but this is just the start.
I have been involved in the fitness world for all my life and my focus has always been on athleticism and performance.
I played football for 20 years and I was pretty good at it (I still am) but for the past 6 years I started to implement in my fitness journey other sports like Track and Long Distance Running and Cycling while always staying strong in the weight room.
I got the chance to work and play for some of the best football teams in my region and had the chance to collaborate with several professional teams.
My goal is to help people and athletes improve their performance in life and on the field and make them feel better by giving them all the tools that they need to perform at a higher level than yesterday (not just in fitness but also during their everyday life).
My training and coaching approach leans on Strength and Conditioning because once you able to move well you will be able to be stronger and more powerful than before.
I also work with General Population and I am prepared to help you reach your goals and keeping you healthy all year round.
I always tell everybody that the key to unlock your potential is consistency:
If you are not consistent you might be good for a short period of time but then you will fall off if you are not committed enough.
With my training philosophy I will help you stay on track and achieve growth and physical development .
